Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Renewed Fit Scrubs & Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. 

While we do not accept returns, we offer an easy exchange process to ensure that you receive the perfect fit and style.

No Returns – Only Exchanges

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, as verified by tracking information.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@renewedfitscrubs.com

Once approved, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customer  Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  • New  Shipment:  Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your exchange and send out the new set.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative.
